Happy International Women’s Day everyone! As CEO of Ethical Digital, I am privileged to collaborate with a ton of incredible women from all industries to represent their businesses online. In celebration of today, I am excited to shine a spotlight on the incredible women clients who inspire me daily with their resilience, innovation, and unwavering commitment to their work. Karri brings over two decades of experience in corporate strategy, mergers and acquisitions, financial due diligence, and risk analysis to her work with businesses. On top of her work in ESG consulting, Karri is also a board member for NexGen Energy and Vice Chair of the Saskatchewan Trade & Export Partnership…talk about busy! In the past, we’ve had the privilege of collaborating closely with Karri on various projects, including email strategies for her wonderful events, social media and blogs, and website design!

Lisa is a business leader and entrepreneur with 30+ years of operational experience leading teams in banking, capital markets, technology and professional services. Marylou brings 25+ years of experience in administration and accounting for the non-profit, charity and manufacturing industries. Before her time with IMII, Marylou developed, implemented, and presented programs on missing children.
Rebecca Âcikahtê and Tomika Pinay
Community Energy Planners at the First Nations Power Authority (FNPA)
Rebecca Âcikahtê joined the FNPA in 2014 and currently works as a Community Energy Planner. She is also the Saskatchewan chapter lead for Women in Renewable Energy (WiRE)!
Tomika's academic journey culminated in a capstone project focused on designing sustainable solutions for wastewater treatment facilities in her native Pasqua First Nation. Her groundbreaking work earned recognition with the RCE Saskatchewan Education for Sustainable Development Award in 2021.
Ashraf Mirmontahai
Director, Employment Services Unit at Saskatoon Open Door Society (SODS)
Ashraf's impressive career spans roles at the University of Saskatchewan, Government of Saskatchewan, and leadership positions including Executive Director of International Women of Saskatoon. Currently Director of Employment Services at SODS, she's praised for her strategic vision and compassionate approach, recognized with the Premier’s Award for Excellence in Public Service. At Ethical Digital, we work with Ashraf and the SODS team to curate a social media presence and advertising campaigns. Additionally, we manage the social media for one of SODS' programs, the Women’s Business Hub, amplifying its impact and outreach within the community.
Kendra Koeting
Client and Operations Manager at Vereco
Kendra has 10+ years of experience in project tendering and has expertise in proposals, bidding, negotiations and internal & external communications. She also has experience in the start-up world, completing the foundational steps needed to build a profitable and modern Indigenous business.
Briana Brownell
Founder & CEO of PureStrategy.ai, Data Scientist, Tech Entrepreneur, Investor, Futurist and Innovator (I could go on)!
Briana is the founder and CEO of PureStrategy.ai, a technology consulting company creating artificial intelligence software and advising companies on data science. She frequently speaks about AI technology, data science, and machine learning, so it’s been great to dive into this endlessly fascinating topic with Briana!
Fun fact: Briana designed the cover of Time magazine and was asked to submit two articles for the Artificial Intelligence edition.
